In an environment when technology is changing we understand the requirements of the merchant trade and realise that for most of our customers what they value most is clear advice, good service when there’s a fault and being easy to do business with. In practical terms this means that when you call with a fault we will know who you are, report faults into BT quickly and keep you updated with the progress of a fault, you won’t have to hold for hours to speak to a call centre or for someone to call you back, and you definitely won’t have to repeat the fault to multiple people, while being kept on hold between them.
