 Apptel was founded by Justin Fellowes, after over 25 years in business telecoms he wanted to provide a service where the customer came first, and clients could actually speak to someone who knew their business - instead of working through a call centre and having to repeat an issue to multiple staff who couldn't/wouldn't help. 

Anyone who's tried to speak to a large corporation, in any field, knows the frustrations of dealing with large organisations - there's no substitue for speaking to someone you know. 

Part of passing more control to the customer was selling services on the same length that we're held into ourselves - rather than a 5 year contract with built in price increases and notice periods that make it impossible to leave.
