Apptel has worked with NMBS for many years and over 60% of our business is with independent merchants, the vast majority of whom are NMBS members.
We provide simple to use cloud phones and broadband, almost all the services we provide are based on BT Wholesale’s platform/network. Using Apptel combines the reassurance of the UK’s national telecoms provider with Apptel’s customer support and service.
The main difference is we know your business, when you call us with a question, fault or needing something else, we know who you are and you aren’t dealing with a faceless call centre. This means issues are all dealt with quickly and efficiently without having to repeat yourself to different teams.
The phone services are extremely flexible and most importantly very easy to use. Our contracts are straight forward and if you’ve been locked into a long term contract we can provide most services on a one-month rolling contract. Our longest contracts are 3 years and with these you get free Yealink phones. At the end of the 3 years you automatically move to a one month rolling contract – there’s no pressure to upgrade or sign a new contract. During the first 3 years there are NO price increases – the cost you sign up to is what you pay for 3 years, with no annual inflationary increases at all.
